**Please note: this opportunity involves 30% to 50% across Southeast Asia.**

**About the Opportunity**:

- **Growth**: deliver orders and sales objectives for the sales plan. To develop the business plan and sales strategy for the assigned key accounts in the Southeast region
- **Strategic**: develop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with regional key accounts in the region to accomplish organic growth, long-term company objectives/strategic plan. Utilizing the principles of 80-20 culture to create a 3-5 Year strategic plan
- **Strategic Selling**: create and maintain Korn Ferry Blue Sheet and review monthly with Global Key Account Manager and Global Sales Director. Ensure regional / country Blue Sheets are also updated and are reviewed
- **Business Planning**: grow and develop the business plan and sales strategy for the targeted regional key accounts and work with Regional Key Account Managers in the region who are responsible for these accounts to ensure the success of that plan
- **Communication**: ensure a clear communication process with Global Key Account Manager, BU, Marcomms and Operations with regards specific customer issues needing resolution. Work on a plan for VOC with the customer as part of Servomex Net Promoter Score (NPS) process and identify actions where customer is detractor or neutral
- **Travel / Events**: visit the accounts and grow key customer relationships in the region. Ensure training, seminars, conferences / events are developed when required to develop new sales opportunities for Servomex

**About your Talent**:
**Essential Experience and Skills**:

- Proven knowledge and experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, and/or industrial gas/semi-conductor market
- Experience and knowledge of working in the gas analysis sector
- Familiar with key accounts’ instrument engineers and the EPC and or large contractors buying process
- Strong capability and experience of developing and managing **sales channel and distributors** as well as mega project hunting capability
- Result oriented attitude and strategic thinking mindset
- First class communication and problem-solving ability
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Highly energetic, passionate and desire to succeed
- Innovation and creativity in the form of continuous improvement to internal processes
- Possesses strong ability for multitasking
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% across Southeast Asia
- Verbal/written Business English

**Desirable Experience and Skills**:

- Miller Heiman and/or another strategic selling tool

**Essential Qualifications**:

- University degree (or equivalent) within a technical discipline essential (engineering, electronics, instrumentation)

**Desirable Education**:

- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
