You will be reporting to Managing Director
【 What you will be doing 】
- Survey of Asian and Oceanian countries for Real Estate Investment Project
- Corporate analysis, financial analysis
- Case study for surrounding projects
- Documentation and translation of the contract
- Doing legal check
- Preparation of reports and minutes etc.
- Preparation of approval forms and reports
- Support overseas branch
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
- **Requirement**:

- Possess Bachelor Degree/Diploma in any field.
- Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
(If not, you will be sent for training to learn how to read financial statements once employed by the company)
- Eager to learn, able to pick up things fast and possess a sense of responsibility
- Experienced in the financial industry is an advantage
- ** Working Hour**: 9:00 ~ 17:50
