Real Estate Investment Associate

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented associate to join our team in the real estate investment division. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in underwriting new investments, preparing financial models, and collaborating with asset managers.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the real estate and/or investment industries. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel cash flow modelling are essential. The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team is also crucial.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in underwriting new investments by researching market trends, analyzing financial data, and conducting due diligence.
- Prepare detailed financial models to support investment decisions, including cash flow projections and sensitivity analyses.
- Collaborate with asset managers to monitor investment performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for enhancement.
