TikTok is seeking an experienced leader from the domain of Media Sales and Agency with demonstrated success in managing key agency portfolios across both regional and national levels. The Channel Partnership Lead will manage TikTok's relationships in the countries of care and will be responsible for scaling TikTok marketing solutions through this important channel.
They will manage and build a strategically focused / consultative team, supporting the selling of TikTok for Business solutions to regional key agencies. They will lead a team in a business that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth. We are looking for a self-starter who has a demonstrated sales record, experience in account management / client services role and is well-versed in the agency ecosystem.
- Define and own account plans to unlock investments and drive client’s business key performance metrics
- Partner with teammates and cross-functional partners to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives - developing account plans, synthesising market related data, leading client analysis and defining the overall business approach to ByteDance’s success with digitally focused businesses
- Prospect and penetrate organisations to drive alignment and influence executive and day-to-day contacts to execute against account plan
- Develop performance marketing approaches for client to leverage ByteDance ad solutions, creative approaches, and ad tech infrastructure
- Collaborate with measurement partners to create learning agendas to help clients measure impact of marketing and adopt ByteDance measurement solutions
- Frame client opportunities and challenges to enrol cross-functional support
- Own forecasting and accurate client analysis to support team planning
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies
- Exceed sales goals for yourself and your team
- Partner with product teams and all cross-functional teams to act as point of contact and deliver collected and consolidated information that prioritises customer requests
- Hone in on relevant trends and opportunities in order to craft business cases that support any new requests and/or changes that alter product vision/road map
**Qualifications**:
- BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, technology or media field
- BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, technology or media field
- More than seven to ten years of experiences in ad sales marketing and development, or a sales-related support function
- Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics
- Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Experience with analysing data and delivering insights
- Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
