**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Corporate Communications**
- Designs, leads and executes comprehensive corporate communication plans aligned with the Group’s vision, values, and strategic goals
- Upholds and enhance Seatrium’s corporate branding, visual identity, and message consistency across all communications, platforms and materials
- Drives internal communication programs that fosters employee engagement, reinforce our culture, and support change management initiatives
- Plans, coordinates, and manages corporate events such as leadership townhalls, press conferences, roadshows, internal campaigns, and community events
- Develops high-quality executive communications, including speeches, thought leadership articles, presentations, annual reports and other content for internal and external audiences
- Conducts research and analysis on the economy, industry trends, governance, and regulatory issues to shape effective communication strategies
- Supports the development and implementation of crisis communications plans, ensuring timely and consistent messaging during critical situations
- Offers expert communication advice to senior leadership and internal stakeholders, fostering alignment across business units
- Organises and coordinate trade industry conferences and events

**Media Relations**
- Acts as the Group’s key spokesperson and the primary media contact, cultivating proactive and positive media relationships
- Drafts and issue press releases, statements, and corporate responses to media inquiries effectively
- Maintains and grow a network of local and international media contacts; build strong rapport with key journalists and editors
- Tracks and analyses media coverage related to the Group, competitors, and industry trends, and public perception of the company

**Community Relations**
- Recommends, reviews and manages corporate philanthropy and sponsorship programs aligned with the Group’s CSR strategy
- Serves as the liaison between the Group and charitable or community organizations, planning and executing outreach initiatives that demonstrate our commitment to social responsibilities.
- Drafts corporate responses to sponsorship and community engagement requests

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a closely related field, specifically in a public listed company
- Demonstrated success in media relations, crisis communications, internal communications and executive communications
- Ability to develop strategic plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions, build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to produce high-impact materials under tight deadlines
- Professional presence, sound judgment, discretion in handling confidential or sensitive issues
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
