- Source for new clients, negotiation of terms and signing local, regional or even global agreements as well as the Sourcing side of the desk.
- High-level Headhunting, Market Mapping and extensive searching for Top Talent in the market for your clients.
- Ensure your business remains profitable
- Set revenue targets for your team that grow the business and challenge individuals with regular reviews
- Assist with CV marketing strategy and implementation
- Responsible for cost control of Net Fee Income within your team including revenue assurance.
- Conduct salary reviews for consultants including bonus allocations with the Director
- Identify underperformers and competently manage company disciplinary and performance management procedures where necessary alongside HR

**Job Requirement**
- Possess of CEI or KAH license
- Prior experience in recruitment, proven experience in individual 360 Recruitment with a strong track record of sales, as well as managing a small team of at least 2 other team members in 360 Recruitment.
- Strong motivations towards running a sales team, be comfortable winning businesses and be interested in developing high performing sales individuals under their leadership.
- Willing to work in a high-performance sales environment which does mean Team Targets, individual Billing targets, KPIs.
- In depth understanding of recruitment market preferably within the HR or Sales space
- Demonstrates high level of integrity, despite facing challenges
- Ability to gain commitment, respect and loyalty of others
