Ground Support Equipment Techncians

**Summary:
**Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair GSE problems through inspection, troubleshooting and use of diagnostic equipment
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tyre rotations and brake inspections
- Repair or replace worn or defective components, including brakes, suspension systems and exhaust systems
- Perform thorough GSE inspections and provide accurate estimates for necessary repairs
- Ensure proper documentation of repair procedures and maintain accurate service records
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines when working on vehicles
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with your customers
**Qualifications:
- Completed formal GSE technician training or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience as an GSE technician
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, components and repair procedures
- Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and computerised repair systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to high quality work
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driving licence and a clean criminal record
Physical requirements:
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including prolonged standing, bending and working in confined spaces
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
