Singapore GSE DYNAMICS PTE. LTD. Full time

The Ground Support Equipment Supervisor will report to the company Technical Manager:
Typical duties will include but not be limited to the following:

- Lead the on-site team in carrying daily operational duties and matters.
- Carry out maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of airport Ground Support Equipment.
- Provide technical guidance, training and advice to fellow team mates under his charge.
- Perform administrative work and carry out internal and external correspondence for work related matters.
- Prepare quotations, service notes, work orders, invoices, delivery orders, etc. as required.
- Update internal Company documentation relating to job sheets, time records, project data, etc.
- Prepare project engineering schedules and forecasts as required.
- Exercise coordination and carry out inspection of engineering deliverables.
- Maintenance and use of the Company’s inventory system.
- Prepare monthly, weekly or daily project status reports and change orders when necessary.
