**Job Description**:
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the team with customer feedback analytics and reporting
- Assist to administer the global staff recognition awards, working with cluster HR partners.
- Support the team in planning, developing and executing relevant service campaigns/initiatives (e.g. Ascott Moments Week) to drive and build branded service culture
- Review and update current standards and guidelines
- Manage customer feedback via CR mailbox and ECMS.
- Provide administrative support for POP properties (ECMS/GSS and ReviewPro ORM systems)
- Other ad-hoc duties where required
Job Requirement
- Preferably a diploma/degree in Marketing Communications or Business or Sociology or Hospitality Business (with exposure to data analytics)
- A passion/heart for service
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Proficient Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills
