**Research Associate / Associate Scientist - Discovery**

PairX Bio Pte. Ltd. (“PairX”) is a venture-backed biotech company developing cutting edge immunotherapies against cancer neoantigens derived from alternative mRNA splicing. The foundational technology was developed by PairX scientific co-founders Prof David Epstein and Dr
Raymond Lee at DukeNUS Medical School.

PairX focuses on developing a therapeutic platform that identifies novel antigen and corresponding T cell pairs from cancer patients for therapeutic development. We are well-capitalized to develop first
- in-class immunotherapies against cancer.

**Responsibilities**
- Establishing immunological and cellular reagents for pipeline and screening development.
- Evaluate and interpret collected data and prepare written reports.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of research data, inventories, SOPs, maintenance logs, sample processing logs, etc.
- Support the continued protection, creation, and expansion of company’s intellectual property.
- General laboratory management.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
**Job Requirements**
- BSc or MSc in Biomedical Sciences / Immunology / Biotechnology or related disciplines with at least 3 years relevant work experience.
- Additional experience in molecular work including vector construction, _in vitro_ mRNA synthesis, electroporation, and lentiviral work is highly advantageous.
- Basic experience with _in vivo_ procedures is advantageous.
- Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and external and is able to work in a fast
- paced start-up environment.

**Salary**: $3,800.00 - $4,800.00 per month
