**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with **at least 10 years of experience in solution architecture, design, and implementation.**
- **Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or similar role in telecommunications or related industry, with a strong focus on enterprise systems such as CRM, Billing, and Customer Experience platforms.**
- **Deep expertise in Salesforce and Cloudsense platforms, including configuration, integration, and customization.**

**- Strong knowledge of Billing and Rating systems, with experience in implementation and integration with CRM platforms.**
- Experience in the telecommunications industry or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
