The Senior Sustainability Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the Company’s environmental strategies and initiatives to enable innovative and economical green methods.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

- Overall responsibility for ensuring that the ISO 50001 Energy Management System (EnMS) is established, maintained and continually improved.
- Ensure that the organization is in line with the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System objectives and targets.
- Ensure proper collection of BCA Green Mark documents/ data necessary for onward submission.
- Conduct internal Green and Gracious Builder Scheme (GGBS) audits periodically.
- Create, implement and communicate environmental and sustainability programs effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and measure progress of environmental and sustainability programs against objectives as well as compliance to legal requirements and report the findings.
- Analyze and assess existing programs and processes for potential inefficiencies, define and implement the appropriate economical solutions and ensure continuous improvement.
- Research and recommend solutions to reduce water and electricity consumption at site as well as reduction of all forms of pollution.
- Research and recommend methods for the usage and/or reduction of recycled and sustainable materials at site in order to be more environmentally friendly.
- Promote active and broad participation of volunteers in all areas of the Company’s efforts in relation to sustainability and well-being.

**Qualfications and Education Requirements**
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Engineering or Sustainability from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 years management experience in the environmental or sustainability related industry.
- Essential skills: Organized, Planning and Communication.
- Enjoys multi-tasking.
- Passion for sustainability
