**ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR**
MOI Global, Singapore is seeking an Associate Creative Director to add to our diverse mix of talent, and be part of our next leap of growth.
Supporting the Creative Director, APAC and our global creative workforce, you will play an instrumental role in increasing creativity and improving working capacity — ensuring that the work embodies our Turning Heads ethos, and meets the MOI creative standard.
As a team leader, you will provide guidance from ideation to production and will have to work well with the different practice areas, sometimes under pressure and tight deadlines. Craft should be your highest priority, realising creative concepts to their fullest potential.
You will participate in all aspects of a project, with a focus on the visualisation of creative concepts through integrated communication design, across all channels. You will also be a partner to the business leadership and strategy functions, helping establish and forge client relationships.
**What you'll do**:

- **Collaborate **| Work with the Creative Director, Art Directors, Copywriters and other creative team members to generate concepts that meet and exceed the requirements of the creative brief.
- **Lead **| Mentor, share knowledge, experience, offer guidance and expertise among creative team members with the aim of growing talent and elevating the craft of the department. Contribute to creative and effectiveness awards at an international level.
- **Prep and Plan **| Develop pitch decks and presentation assets that support the creative idea.
- **Participate** | Deliver presentations to project team members, senior creatives and clients.

**What you need**:

- Minimum 10 years of full-time experience in an agency environment.
- B2B experience is an advantage.
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing a strong flair for storytelling.
- Articulate in discussing, debating and presenting ideas.
- Media-agnostic conceptual thinking and execution.
- Ability to deliver a point of view about the work.
- Experience across a variety of consumer touch points.
- Familiar with social and upcoming platforms, and related content production.
