**Role**:
As an Associate Creative Director, you will be responsible for work produced on behalf of our clients, as well as any work created for our company, as the need may arise.

You are required to conceptualise and/or supervise creative staff in order to ideate, produce and implement disruptive creative that solves our clients' business problems, briefs or goals. You are also expected to maintain our company's standards of creative excellence and, within reason, profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ideate, direct and execute original and iconic creative concepts/work that that meet both our clients' objectives as well as our business objectives, maintaining the company's expected levels of creative excellence and professionalism
- Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors.
- Present, share, review and collaborate effectively with various disciplines and the broader creative team to develop iconic work
- creative work with Head of Creative and Content, Account Management and Social Leads as well as members of the Management Team
- Stand in for the Head of Creative and Content in their absence to lead creative projects
- Assist the Head of Creative and Content to establish, nurture and maintain client relationships at a senior client level
- Collaborate with mid to senior clients to resolve business issues and/or working relationships
- Competently present and sell original creative work to clients of all levels
- Supervise, inspire and lead creative teams as well as the broader company in all aspects of the present and future creative landscape
- Help identify and understand the strengths and weaknesses of creative teams under your supervision to effectively mentor and nurture junior to mid-level creative talent
- Work with the Creative Director/s to inspire your peers, subordinates and the broader company on creative trends and developments through sharing and training

**Knowledge Required**
- 8-10 years working experience as a senior creative in the advertising industry
- Understanding of the overall business operations, needs, challenges and objectives
- Thorough and contemporary knowledge and understanding of the latest innovations, trends and developments in our industry

**Skills Required**:

- Commercial and creative minded
- Excellent relationship management
- Communicate effectively and clearly, both orally and in writing, in English
- Present work skilfully in the absence of the Creative Director/s
- Skilled and proficient in Adobe Photoshop, lnDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro and After Effects.
- Leadership experience in managing account management and creative teams including supervising, training, organising, prioritising and allocating of work assignments
