To cater to retail demand from consumers, we are on the hunt for a **Business Development Lead** for our F&B categories to be based in our Singapore office. This person will build the F&B footprints for KaiKai in Singapore and will work with a team of like-minded individuals to ensure that we continue to delight and deliver unforgettable shopping experiences for every user.

**What you’ll do**:
- Work closely with the leadership team on strategy formulation, sales revenue performance, sales pipelines, forecasts, hiring and improvements
- Recruit and build a sales team with an effective and sustainable hiring strategy
- Set quarterly and annual sales goals and motivate the sales teams to achieve these goals
- Adapt and provide scalable sales training to ensure consistent best practices across the sales team
- Ensure that the team follows a clean and consistent methodology to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and category management teams to support growth opportunities
- Be a top cultural leader who not only cares about hitting and exceeding sales targets consistently, but also values the personal development and welfare of team members
**What you’ll need**:
- A proven track record of success in personal sales and building sales/business development teams, preferably in the ecommerce or consumer tech industry
- Industry experience and connections in F&B are required
- Strong experience in managing a team of sales professionals
- Strong knowledge and implementation experience of sales methodologies and best practices
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking and ability to formulate actionable insights and recommendations
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong belief in building right cultural codes for the team and helping the team succeed in their career development
