The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are listed as, but not limited to the following:

- Take ownership of the development of all employees, execute on brand standards and build awareness of the hotel and brand
- Guide, develop and implement decisions that outline policies, procedures, systems, and processes to improve business operations, service, retention, and overall guest and member experience while achieving financial targets and other nonfinancial metrics
- Ensuring that service standards of the company are adhere to the corporate service standard.
- Act as a collaborative partner to drive effective processes and implement innovative opportunities that efficiently drive sales and staff retention
- Act as an influential leader and strategic business partner to internal and external stakeholders for improvement and innovation
- Oversee and drive the pre-opening critical paths of new venues for the hotel
- Prepare annual capital, cash flow and sales and marketing plans to accurately forecast budgets.
- Analyze financials to drive revenues, future profitability and maximum return on investment.
- Use distribution channels and technology platforms to drive revenue and maximize market share.
- Lead capital plans and asset management initiatives, including working with owners to improve hotel’s market leadership position
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and all employees.
- Act as public relations representative to raise awareness of hotel and brand in local community.
- Drive hotel involvement in community organizations, activities and businesses.
- Develop and carry out action plans to be environmentally-conscious by taking steps to reduce the hotel’s carbon footprint.
- To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the owner of the hotel.
