**Position**: Event Executive / Coordinator

**Client**:
An international non-profit organization providing intercultural learning opportunities including overseas exchange programs and local hosting programs

Assist in developing various events such as seminars, workshops, training etc

Coordinate with the speakers and service providers on the execution of events

Responsible for the preparation of marketing materials and event schedules

Provide support on events arrangement and preparing invitation letters & circulars

Prepare post-event reports and assist in managing social media channels as required

**Requirements**:
University graduate in MICE, Event Management or equivalent

2-3 years working experience in organizing events and seminars

Experience in events coordination from development to implementation

Prior experience in non-profit organization or professional association

Initiative, detail-minded, energetic, well-organized and good team player

Well-versed in MS Office, preferably with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc

Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin will be an asset

Immediate available would be an advantage
