**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:
**Job Purpose**

The position is responsible for providing support to the Development teams in the Southeast Asia, Japan & South Korea hub (SEAJK).

He / She will work closely with all members of the SEAJK Development teams to ensure that internal procedures are adhered to.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Prepare proposals, presentations and financial projections for luxury projects in the hub
- Conduct market research
- Assist in the preparation of internal validation documents, including hotel financial forecasting and project briefs
- Other tasks to support the regional development team in a flexible manner in order to achieve its common goal
- Update and issue the Luxury development reports for the SEAJK hub
- Administer development databases
- Update internal reporting tools & templates for Luxury development projects in SEAJK for all luxury brands
- Update brand presentations, brochures and all other development documents and collaterals

**YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE**:

- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Strong user knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond to changes effectively
- Professional with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good analytical, presentation and influencing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, energetic and a good team player
- Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
