Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams to support execution of business improvement initiatives
Gather, draft, and refine business requirements in collaboration with users
Prepare business documentation (e.g., BRDs, workflows, meeting notes, proposals)
Review and support creation of system functional requirement documents
Analyze project workload, adjust master schedules, and assist with planning activities
Analyze transaction data and business processes to fine-tune business logic
Plan and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
Assist in the development of the migration plan
Support PMO activities including meeting facilitation, weekly/monthly status reporting, and continuous improvement proposals
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
Solid experience in gathering and defining business requirements
Practical knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
Familiarity with the Financial Services industry and its operational environment
Hands-on experience in performing data analysis
Strong documentation skills using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Proven experience in business analysis and project management support roles
Knowledge of MAS Business Continuity Management (BCM) guidelines and familiarity with ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) are a plus
Experience working in client-facing roles and/or in a consulting firm environment is a plus
