PROOFER BAKERY is a bakery known for our delicious, freshly baked goods and friendly atmosphere. We pride ourselves on quality, creativity, and providing an exceptional customer experience. We are looking to expand our team and add a dedicated, enthusiastic Front Crew Member to join our family

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer customer inquiries about products, pricing, and bakery offerings.
- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area.
- Assist with stocking shelves and displays with fresh bakery items.
- Ensure the display cases are visually appealing and fully stocked.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Provide exceptional service to create repeat customers and enhance the bakery's reputation.
- Assist with packaging and bagging items for customers to-go.
- Perform basic food safety and sanitation practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous customer service experience (preferably in a bakery or food service setting) is a plus.
- A friendly and positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus but not required (training will be provided).
- Team player with a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
