**Sales Responsibilities**:

- Processing of sales orders, delivery orders, and invoice.
- Communicate and coordinate efficiently with colleagues.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional sales support.
- Answer all product-related questions in a polite manner and addressing queries promptly.
- Communicate efficiently with customers through various channels.
- Support the development of new and existing products.
- Bookkeeping of customers’ transactions, complaints and all necessary records.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude at all times.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Telemarketing Responsibilities**:

- Procuring new clients through direct contact and word-of-mouth.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients if required
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenuefrom clients.

**Requirements**:

- Min. O levels and above
- Ability to handle customers amicably and maintain professional customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Initiative and commitment to complete assigned task
- Possess proactiveness and willingness to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month
