As an EDI Mapping & Connection Specialist, you take on a critical role in AGX’s Asia team. Working as part of a global team based in 8 countries, you make sure our customers (freight forwarders) succeed by connecting them to our state of the art platform. As the performance of our platform is founded on fast and high-quality integrations, you directly contribute to the success of our team. You run multiple EDI integration projects from start to end, becoming an expert in the AGX API and integration layer in the meantime.

**You will connect our customers to AGX**

As one of the first key people in our Asia operations, you
- Become an expert in our platform API, data structures, and use cases for integrations
- Manage multiple parallel mapping & integration projects from beginning to end, constantly keeping an eye on next steps and escalating issues as required
- Manage client relationships and ensure speedy delivery along the lifecycle of each project
- Reflect on our integration processes and pro-activey suggest and implement improvements
- Document customer XML/ API data formats and events
- Map them to our data structures, defining logics and mappings and confirming them with customers as required
- Interface with our mapping provider to deliver the projects
- Coordinate with our global tech team for testing and deployment
- Initially, you may also support the customer support team on an as-need basis

**Requirements**:
What you should bring
- Excellent English interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
- Experience in EDI/ XML mapping
- Experience in the logistics/ freight industry is a big plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized and able to prioritize in a self-directed manner
- Experience in project management is a big plus
- A proactive attitude, always thinking of the next step
- Passion for working with customers and delivering a great customer experience
