**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the writing of Business Requirements Document, Functional Requirements Document and System Integration Testing or Users Acceptance Testing (SIT/UAT) plans.
- Develop training materials and supporting documents to inform and update users on current practices related to the functional area.
- Coordinate technical solution and integration approach with interest parties during system integration.
- Gather EDI requirements and translate into EDI specifications.
- Develop EDI interfaces solution and data mapping using EDI tools.
- Manage the System Acceptance Test with customer and provide deployment support.
- Manage and lead the internal or external IT project team including the documentation, quality assurance, testing, implementation and go live support.
- Work closely with the project manager to deliver quality result and meet the project timeline during the project life cycle.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinate between users and external support team.
- Initiate improvement for IT department to reduce the cost and increase productivity.
