**Requirement**
- Diploma/Bachelor in Computer Science/Information Technology or related study
- 2-4 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a technical insurance support role.
- Understanding of insurance products, policy administration, or rating engines (Life, Health, P&C)
- Proficient in reading and understanding XML/JSON, SQL, Excel, and data dictionaries.

**Responsibilities**
- Translate defined requirements into system setups, maintaining product definitions, and ensuring accurate data integration
- Responsible for preparation of test scenarios and integrated testing, planning, managing assigned projects or enhancements’ timeline and vendor management.
- Set up data parameters, reference tables, and system values in alignment with predefined requirements.
- System Analysis & Support, Analyze system behavior, data structures, and backend processes to support insurance product implementation.
- Documentation & Specification, Maintain documentation of product setup, data mappings, and system configuration.
- Work with internal teams such as QA, Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Managers.
