**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO, including business and personal matters;
- Assisting the CEO to complete the daily work tracking, reporting, and inter-departmental communication, coordination, receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate, etc.;
- Scheduling and arranging meetings and appointments when required, and time to take and convey the records and meeting minutes when needed; making calendar entries and keep updating;
- Act as point of contact among staff members and external associates, clients, or partners;
- Preparing invoices or assistance in bookkeeping, including expense records when needed;
- Coordinating with other departments to make sure smooth communication, following-up, and implementation status between the CEO and each department;
- Complete other work management or tasks assigned by the CEO.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in business administration or a relative field;
- Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role;
- Proficient in MS Office and other related office software;
- Proficient in English and Mandarin communication;
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and stress-management skills;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
