**Roles & Responsibilities**

The Senior Operations Project Executive / Assistant Operations Project Manager will be instrumental in providing leadership. You will handle everything from developing staff, coordinating and managing the operation of the F&B outlet, ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction, productivity, maximization of revenue and resources, and effective control. You are also responsible for new brand concepts, sourcing and shortlisting the right locations to open.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and promote a deep bench of talented unit leaders and team members
- Assist with the creation of Singapore KPIs and revenue targets, and ensure the team is focused on them on a daily basis
- Coach your team to ensure that each Unit consistently delivers against the quality and health and safety measures
- Be fully engaged in the customer feedback loop, and ensure support for the continuous improvement process; work with R&D team to implement adjustments as required
- Lead cascades of new products and processes with your team to ensure success; ensure all units are supported with training and follow up regularly as well as ad hoc as required
- Compare performance with market competitors and drive the team toward the right output ensuring high quality on a daily basis
- Participate in the daily preparation and unit management as required to ensure the optimal output of meals at the highest quality level
- **Create new concepts and brands and expand them across Singapore and overseas**
- Lead the team to ensure that the operations can support the digitalisation of the company with potentially a huge volume of online orders & franchising

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 3 years of F&B management experience required; ideally within a fast-paced, growing, quick-service restaurant (QSR) concept or fast casual environment.
- Demonstrated experience in the development and growth of staff and management.
- Have a working knowledge in hiring, training, developing, budgeting, and inventory.

- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders
- Experience working in a start-up environment/ brand launcher is a plus
