**Co-Development Business Unit** is looking for **Delivery Manager**
- Internal Code: A24057_

**What will you do?**
- Lead project planning activities, including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline estimation, to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, and track progress against project timelines to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, and escalate critical issues to senior management as needed.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication between cross functional teams, including mobile developers, backend developers, frontend engineers, etc to ensure alignment on project priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitor project deliverables and outcomes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and take corrective action as needed to address deviations from the project plan.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project related inquiries, requests, escalation

**Requirements**:
**What are we looking for?**
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management or delivery management roles, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and the ability to adapt approaches based on project requirements.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, issues, and dependencies early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Passion for driving continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in project delivery, with a focus on delivering value to customers and stakeholders.
