**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Plan, coordinate, and execute offline events such as pop-ups, and community gatherings that embody the Matcha Masta spirit.
- Develop creative event concepts and strategies to increase brand awareness and foster community engagement.
- Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site operations.
- Represent Matcha Masta at events, ensuring a positive and memorable experience

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Experienced in event planning, community management, or a related field.
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Creative, resourceful, and passionate about building communities and experiential marketing.
- Flexible with your schedule—able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
