The Project Manager (Agile) will be responsible for facilitating Agile methodologies ensuring that deliverables meet the specifications outlined in the Purchase Order Contract and completed on schedule.

Key responsibilities:

- Facilitate and lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices and principles.
- Remove impediments that hinder team's progress and foster an environment of collaboration and problem-solving.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined, prioritised, and maintained. Help facilitate the communication between the team and the Product Owner.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are understood and managed. Facilitate transparency and ensuring effective communication between the team and stakeholders.
- Address conflicts and disagreement within the team, and promoting a positive and constructive team dynamic.
- Monitor and report project progress, including sprint velocity and release planning.
- Drive continuous improvement through the identification and implementation of Agile process enhancements.
- A Certified Scrum Master that will serve as a "Servant Leader" who will help the team to follow the Scrum processes. The Scrum Master will coach and lead the Scrum or equivalent team in planning the iterations and overall schedule with the Product Owner. This includes developing the Product Backlog, defining the requirements and completion criteria for each iteration, leading and guiding the development team, tracking the overall progress of the development and reporting this to key stakeholders. The role will encompass all functions as detailed in the Scrum Guide.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent, or similar Agile certification is preferred.
- Proven 3+ years experience in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Proven experience on managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects successfully.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
