**Professional Development Assistant Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Programme Management in general
- Engaging stakeholders in:

- Planning, designing, developing and implementing training programmes that address the professional development needs of board directors and corporate leaders. Including coordinating any funding arrangements.
- Reviewing and re-designing the curriculum and learning delivery modes to improve training effectiveness
- Seeking out latest trends and developments in relevant content domains to keep training programmes fresh and innovative.
- Exploring and introducing appropriate learning technologies to maximise learning outcomes including courseware development.
- Performing a full spectrum of administration duties including programme planning and scheduling, marketing (including setting up the course for registration, providing course information on the website and sending eDMs), trainer management, and day-to-day management of training programmes (including managing course enquiries, and supporting the delivery of both online and in-person courses.
- Providing secretariat support to work with assigned committees.
- Manage any ad hoc projects and duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Min. diploma in any discipline
- ACLP/ACTA certification or equivalent is a plus
- Project and events management experience
- Prior working experience in Training administrative function
- Experienced in E-learning and virtual training
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Organized and meticulous
- Willingness to learn and is a team player
