**What the role is**
- We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive / Executive to join our Digitalisation Services team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for delivering Digitalisation Services to our service partners.

**What you will be working on**
- Ensuring all documents received are digitised promptly, in accordance with stipulated timeline and in compliance with the relevant operating procedures - Ensuring proper document preparation, including scanning, appropriate indexing and quality checks - Organising the source documents to be filed and/or returned to agencies in a systematic manner - Supporting the continuous process improvement through regular review and implementation of enhanced operational procedures. - Ensuring timely resolution of agency queries within the stipulated turnaround time and maintaining proper documentation of responses. - Coordinating with vendors on ticket resolution and following up to meet response timelines. - Ensuring proper execution of User Agreement Test (UAT) and Post-Deployment follow up activities. - Ensuring prompt and efficient completion of ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors, with appropriate follow-up and documentation.
