Job Responsibilities:

- Provide customers with product knowledge and recommendations based on their needs and preferences
- Maintain a good working relationship with suppliers and vendors to ensure product availability and timely delivery
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock-outs or overstocking
- Conduct regular product training for retail staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about the products they sell
- Assist in creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve profitability goals
- Monitor and report on sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including pricing and discount policies
- Continuously improve customer service practices and respond to feedback to enhance service standards and customer experiences.

Job Requirements:

- No experience necessary.
- Good knowledge of home interiors and design.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working location: Tagore lane
- Working hours: 5 working days per week [11AM - 9PM, able to work on PH, Weekend]
