Responsible for handling customer accounts
- Provide customer support and handle customer enquiry, scheduling and maintenance operations
- Plan and arrange schedule for new project, service call and maintenance appointment with internal and external customers
- Process work order, delivery order and service call
- Provide administrative support in creating and updating service request including service order processing and maintenance contract
- Ensure proper housekeeping of all service records and filing
- Handle arrangement of technician transportation that are necessary for service technician mobilization to site
- Manage daily service records of service technician and site service reports
- Support in the coordination of project and service activities
- Coordinate projects efficiently and to ensure on time completion
- Follow up on the project progress
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superior

**Requirement**
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Highly driven, independent, organized and people-orientated team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Able to start work immediately or short notice

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
