E-commerce Operations Executive

Mr Pawsome aims to help pawrents better care for their furkids, one paw at a time. We are looking for a driven individual that enjoys the hands-on experience in a growing start-up aiming to disrupt the pet care industry.

**What Will You Be Doing?**
- Process orders across different channels timely and accurately
- Coordinate with delivery team to ensure timely deliveries
- Oversee and coordinate with part-time packers to ensure third-party logistics fulfilment accuracy
- Accurately maintain and update inventory system
- Liaise with suppliers and coordinate purchase and receipt of goods
- Develop and execute promotional activities and campaigns across e-commerce channels
- Suggest and implement improvements for existing operations systems and processes
- Assist in other tasks if required
**Job Requirements**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and Word)
- Proficient in the English language, spoken and written
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to work with minimum supervision and as a team
- Attention to detail and responsible
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
- Eager to learn
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: $2,800.00 per month
