As the APAC Operations Excellence Manager, you will drive the Continuous Process Improvement culture and the Process Automation & Digitalization journey in the region. Together with the Head of Country Logistics Operations, you will implement various initiatives to Streamline, Standardize and Automate logistics workflows. Your responsibilities will also include regular report out on program status, identify and implement appropriate automation solutions that will optimize our operations in the region.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Ensure alignment of strategy and implementation of initiatives between Global and APAC and within APAC region
- Drive continuous process improvement mindset in APAC region
- Drive the Automation and Digitalization journey within APAC Logistics Operations via available technology and tools to enhance productivity in our operations
- Regularly update and report out APAC continuous process improvement results, challenges, and mitigation plans
- Collaborate with the various Country Logistics Leaders to ensure a pipeline of on-going initiatives

**You bring**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Min. 8 or more years of experience with multi-national company in supply chain management.
- Proven knowledge & experience in project management and continuous improvement practices (example Lean or Six Sigma certified).
- Knowledge of automation using tools such as RPA, Python, Power Automate and excel VBA.
- SAP Order to Cash process experience.
- Goods command of English both oral and written.
