**Job Description
- Support BPM Platform
- Monitor System health check & work towards continuous improvement to prevent system issues by early problem detection.
- Manage end to end Incident Management including investigation, recovery of service, and post recovery verification.
- Manage customer queries and reported incidents to closure. Ensure the incidents are closed within the agreed SLA with business.
- Work with infra support including Middle Ware, DBA and SAs on system maintenance & infra related issues troubleshooting.
- Support system maintenance or deployment during weekends or non-business hours
- Work in shift operational support for all production practices during weekends and holidays with rotation

**Requirements**:

- Has a degree in Computer Science or equivalent course
- Proficient in MariaDB, Oracle DB, MYSQL, SQL query language
- Being responsible, a team player, detail-oriented, with good analytical & communication skills.
- Added advantage to have experience in Banking & Payments background.
