**Vice President, Finance, Asia Pacific**
- Full time, Singapore_

As a Vice President, Finance, Asia Pacific, you will have the responsibility to manage all the financial reporting requirements of BCD Travel within APAC. You will also establish financial policies and procedures to ensure that the assets of the company are secure, expenditures are properly outlined, and contractual obligations are properly paid.

This position manages and develops a team of employees to an efficient working unit.

**As a Vice President, Finance, Asia Pacific, you will**
- Support budgets/rolling forecasts process in collaboration with global and local markets during annual budget and forecasting process
- Oversight on consolidated management reporting process for APAC region for Actuals, Budgets and Forecast
- Strategic partner with market leaders, program management and supplier relations for cash management initiatives
- Manage implementation of new account systems and enhancements with internal and external travel and Finance back office teams (FSO)
- Establish financial policies and procedures for financial reporting standards and ensure alignment across APAC region
- Responsible for initiating concepts and lead change management processes for Account and Controlling
- Drive balance sheet and reconciliation review and governance process across APAC region
- Assist senior management in financial planning and results management
- Align across functional units to create strategies for APAC wide financial management
- Coordinate yearly audit tasks and ensure company and legal deadlines are met
- Participate in ad-hoc APAC finance projects

**About you**
- CA / CPA or equivalent
- Capable of working in a team environment as a role model, supporting management and employee
- Advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrate ability to work with diverse remotely-located and cross-functional teams
- Excellent commercial English and presentation skills
- Knowledge of travel industry
- Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to work independently, exercise discretion and judgement
