**Responsibilities**
- Conduct daily on-site inspection, personal hygiene checks, products checking and sample retention.
- Follow and assist in lab test sampling schedule
- Assists in ISO 22000:2018 manual updated, and implement to operation.
- Assists in checking records, documents, and files.
- Attended to external auditors and internal auditors; assist for internal audit (central kitchen, retail outlets and supplier audit)

- Follow and enhanced developed SOPs
