**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Quality System of ISO and cGMP procedures; ensure that production operations meet the company’s quality policies and objectives and comply with customers’ quality expectation.
- Carry out periodical process audit to ensure system is in place.
- Monitor part critical parameters with statistical process control techniques.
- Work with Production to resolve day to day internal quality issues.
- Conduct training for inspectors on new parts inspection & measurement.
- Assist QA Engineer in preparing quality performance report.
- Assist QA Engineer in the generation of Inspection Plan, Inspection Check sheet and Inspection Work Instruction.
- Assist QA Engineer in the compilation of data.
- Work with internal corrective action team to resolve customer complaint within a stipulated timeframe.
- Read and interpret geometrical drawings.
- To develop measuring method and jigs/fixture during product development stage.
- Conduct MSA (GR&R) on equipment and user for assessing measurement system.
- Supervise and train QA Technicians.
- Undertake any Special Assignment on the advice of superiors.
- Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma in Quality Management / Engineering or equivalent
- Sound knowledge statistical techniques such as SPC, CPK, GR&R.
- Independent, team player, result oriented and must comply to deadline
