We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a QA&QC Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and processes. As a QA&QC Assistant, you will work closely with the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams to support their daily operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Document and analyze quality data, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records of quality tests and inspections.
- Assist in the investigation of quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures, work instructions, and other relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and drive quality enhancements.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control procedures and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to quality improvement.
