Downtown Core, Singapore Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) Full time

The Logistics Operations Support Coordinator ensures the timely processing of domestic and export shipments through research, troubleshooting, and communication with carriers. This position serves as a resource to other groups within IDT on international shipping, cold chain shipping, and package tracking.
- Completes daily tracking reports and works with carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL etc), Customer Care, and Key Accounts, Commercial Teams to resolve problems with domestic and international packages (both import and export) shipped from various manufacturing sites; initiates lost package tracers with carriers, when necessary
- Monitors daily cold chain shipments from all locations and mitigates delays via freezer hold and re-icing requests
- Monitors and manages stock item inventories and unfulfilled orders at IDT Singapore.
- Assists Key Accounts and CATS departments with setting up new international distributors
- Manages the creation and maintenance of MSOs
- Researches and determines commodity code and country of origin for items shipped internationally
- Prepares order-specific, non-standard shipping paperwork (delivery notes, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, etc.)
- Manages large order delivery schedule, including plates
- Retains copies of proof of deliveries (POD), import documentation and scans documentation into digital archives
- Demonstrates behavior consistent with the Integrated DNA Technologies Core Values
- Performs other duties as assigned

**Education, Licensure, Certification, Registration**:

- Minimum Diploma (preferably in business or logistics) required

**Professional Experience**:

- Minimum of two years of previous experience working in a shipping, export control/compliance, order tracking, or planning/expediting position preferred
- Previous use of ERP system or shipping software suite preferred
- Proficiency in a variety of PC software programs with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office required
