**Skills and Experience**:
Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:

- A minimum of 10 years’ experience working in the construction industry with experience working on live projects.
- Proven experience working as a delay analyst in the infrastructure sector.
- Experience of dispute management and had involvement in arbitration or Expert Witness proceedings.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to forensically review large data sets relating to disputes.
- Strong skills using relevant software tools, which includes but is not limited to the following: Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Knowledge of the various principles of delay analysis.
