Executive Director & Board of Management
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY**
The Executive will oversee all areas related to corporate communications for both internal and external communications, including but not limited to media relations, stakeholder outreach, as well as content development for DSA campaigns, programmes and services. The Executive will also assist in areas related to community partnerships, including but not limited to develop DSA’s database and achieve fundraising targets.
1. Maintain positive relationships with the media, general public, internal and external stakeholders.
2. Respond to general enquiries and feedback received from the community on the Association’s services and programmes.
3. Represent the Association in various settings including but not limited to awareness talks and meeting with external stakeholders (corporate partners, schools or volunteers).
4. Maintain and update the DSA outreach decks for the Association to create awareness and to build positive branding and standing of DSA amongst members and key industry stakeholders.
5. Develop and curate contents for corporate outreach channels for both online and offline platforms including but not limiting to DSA newsletter, websites, social media and others.
6. Develop and update DSA marketing collaterals (e.g. brochures, pull-out banners, corporate videos), publications (e.g. Annual Report, DSA updates, and website contents) and any other work related to public relations and corporate communications of the Association.
7. Plan, develop and support DSA events and engagements.
8. Coordinate efforts of various teams (internal and external) to present a coherent message.
9. Work with Executive Director and/or Board of Directors to respond to members of the media in a timely manner, including drafting speeches and media releases, and handle media queries.
10. Maintain and provides consistent and timely information to external stakeholders through various communications platforms.
11. Tracking of media feature of the Association and/or beneficiaries in both online and offline media channels.
12. Maintain and engage the Association’s existing database for sponsors, donors and supporters and always ensure the security and integrity of all databases.
13. Build up the Association’s database of new donors for monetary or in-kind donation.
15. Any other duties as may be assigned by the Reporting Officer and/or Executive Director.
**Other Duties**
1. Prepare and compile department’s monthly report for Reporting Officer by the first week of following month.
2. Oversee the relevance and maintenance of all online donation portals where DSA is listed including the meeting of all set targets for this platform.
3. Assist in maintaining and engaging the Association’s database for sponsors, donors and supporters and always ensure the security and integrity of all databases.
4. Attend and record department’s minutes of meetings when necessary.
