**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute marketing automation strategies to optimize performance for the Global Hotel and Car Rental business.-
Manage daily marketing operations, including campaign optimization and task execution via scalable tools and solutions.-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify datasets to assist with campaign automations-
Analyze data insights and lead test-and-learn initiatives to drive data-driven decision-making and business growth.-
Monitor and optimize campaigns to enhance online presence and booking conversions.-
Maintain awareness of industry trends and implement best practices for continuous performance improvement.**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, or any other related disciplines.-
Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and SQL.-
Experience in data analysis and familiarity with tools like BigQuery (a plus).-
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.-
Excellent English communication skills.-
