- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm)
- Position Type: Full-Time Permanent Position (Basic + Performance Bonuses + ALs + Medical and Dental Benefits)
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (PPC, GDN, YouTube Video Campaigns).
- Manage monthly advertising budgets and ensure cost efficiency with measurable ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and write compelling ad copies.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bidding strategies.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversions).
- Keep up to date with Google Ads features, policies, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience in SEM, PPC, and GDN campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing sizeable ad budgets with strong results.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking tools.
- Google Ads Certification will be an advantage.
