**Position Overview**

The Impact & Innovation Executive at KKCS will support evidence-informed service development initiatives across the organization. This position requires working closely with service units to design enhanced programs, source and pilot innovative solutions, perform monitoring and evaluation support, capture and transform insights into actionable improvements.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Be responsible for the development, monitoring, and evaluation of programs to ensure effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
- Plan and execute the collection, cleaning, analysis, and visualising of data to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
- Conduct literature reviews, implement research protocols, analyse findings, and synthesising insights into actionable recommendations.
- Independently project manage. This includes planning, tracking progress, and coordinating logistics and operations to ensure smooth implementation.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement through clear communication, relationship-building, and the documentation of feedback.
- Assist in knowledge-sharing initiatives, such as developing reports, presentations to translate insights into practice.
- Contribute to innovation efforts by identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting pilot projects.

**Other duties**:
Fulfill any additional responsibilities and duties as assigned by the Supervisor and Executive Director.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Public Health, or related field
- Prior experience in research and program development will be a plus.
- Interest and willingness to learn Data Analysis tools (e.g. Python/R)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated project management capabilities
- Creative, proactive, and resourceful approach to problem-solving
