- Assist in student admission process
- Do necessary checks to ensure proper student admission
- Maintain and update relevant data in the Student Management system
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly on SOLAR submission
- Timely Renewal and cancellation of student pass.
- Scheduling ICA appointments for the student’s completion of formalities and collection of student pass
- Work with colleagues across the institute to enforce the implementation of the institution and departmental policies and compliance with relevant regulatory authorities
