**About the Role (Competitive Base Salary from $3,000.00 & Variable Incentive*)**
- Proactive and resourceful in canvassing potential sales leads, building continuous sales pipelines and selling through various platforms and channels, networking, conducting viewings and soliciting sales.
- Proficiently administer sales and legal documents.
- Conduct all sales administration in compliance with statutory and company regulations.
- Strong follow up on sales, prospecting and tracking leads, and submitting reports and work plans.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and new project launches.
- Administer showflat operations, upkeep, logistics and inventory.
- Build positive, long-lasting value-based relationships with customers and property agents.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

**About You (Job Requirement)**
- Experience in direct property sales with proven track records is required.
- 6-15 years of direct Property Sales experience in landed properties are advantageous.
- Sales experience with property developers is advantageous.
- A diploma / Degree in Real Estate or Marketing or a related field of study is advantageous.
- Outgoing personality, customer service-oriented, sales-driven, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent, meticulous, and sound understanding of the property buying and selling property processes.
- Good knowledge of statutory and/or real estate regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and savvy in digital & social media marketing.
- Due to the nature of the industry and job requirements, you are required to work on weekends and public holidays.
