
Isv Business Development Manager

Our client is one of the Top Cloud solution vendors. They are looking for an ISV Business Development Manager to join their team in Singapore.
- Develop and manage relationships with Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners, leveraging cloud technologies to train and enhance partners' skills. Support partners in their digital transformation journey to build a strong cloud business and drive incremental business growth.
- Recruit and enable ISVs to utilize cloud technology for deploying and integrating with a comprehensive portfolio of cloud solutions. Serve as an alliance manager to assist ISVs in integrating their solutions, fostering mutually beneficial business outcomes for ISVs and their clients.
- Build an ISV ecosystem and develop use cases in the international market.
- Promote cloud technology globally to support ISVs in creating joint solutions that meet customer demands. Act as the primary interface to lead and coordinate initiatives with partners.
- Guide ISVs through onboarding to the Technology Partner Program and support them in co-innovation, co-selling, and Go-to-Market strategies.
- Collaborate with internal headquarters and international regional teams to establish an ISV collaboration model and assist partners in expanding to global markets
**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or higher; an MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in the IT business, with a minimum of 5 years in partner or alliance management, focusing on driving partner business, achieving results, and meeting sales targets.
- Strong professional network and partner relationships in the global market; experience with international ISV companies is advantageous.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, quickly learn and present new technologies and business opportunities, and effectively engage decision-makers.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop joint value propositions across functions within both the cloud service provider and partner organizations.
- Basic knowledge of cloud computing technology.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in listening and speaking Mandarin for effective communication with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and always seeking opportunities to enhance the technology partner business.
