An opportunity has just opened in our Sun Life Singapore team where you take on a growth role within the Client Experience, Marketing, Communications & Sponsorships division as **Associate Director, Client Experience, Marketing, Communications & Sponsorships.**
- Reporting to the Chief Partnership and Marketing Officer, this role will play a pivotal part in elevating Sun Life's presence within the affluent and HNW client segment, fostering key sponsorships, managing impactful events, and driving our commitment to CSR and philanthropy.
- This role offers an excellent career growth trajectory to gain rare and valuable experience in the Affluent, HNW and UHNW segment as well as broad experience across different departments/divisions.
**Major Accountabilities**
- ** Sponsorship Strategy**: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance Sun Life's brand presence in the affluent and HNW segments. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between sponsorships and Sun Life's business objectives.
- ** Bespoke Event Leadership**: Plan and execute events targeting affluent / HNW clients and partners, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. Leverage events as platforms to showcase Sun Life's expertise and thought leadership in HNW insurance solutions.
- ** Philanthropy & CSR Strategy**: Develop and manage philanthropic & CSR initiatives that resonate with Sun Life's values and contribute to the well-being of the community. Cultivate relationships with charitable organizations to support philanthropic efforts aligned with Sun Life's core philosophies.

- Proven ability in sponsorship strategies and developing thought leadership.

**Education and experience**
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with track record as a seasoned executive. Exposure to the Affluent & HNW client segment would be highly advantageous.
- Experience in developing leading strategies around strategic collaborations, sponsorships, events, philanthropy to help the organization gain a competitive edge.
- Good analytical ability, sharp business acumen and ability to balance strategy and execution, connect the dots and with a “roll up the sleeve mentality”.
- Self-motivated with positive attitude and able to work independently and bring people together.
